Previous sessions have been between 6 and 12 people mostly, I think.  So 
Boardroom is fine if we stick with a small meeting for now, but given that we 
have already asked to join Collider, who can make some noise for us in the right 
places, we might think about planning some bigger sessions with a broader 
audience - get the open data crowd on board perhaps?

Exactly!

FWIW I'd be happy to present something tutorial-wise, but I'm unfortunately 
rather short on time in the next two months or so. And after that I'm gone 
(we're moving to Melbourne) :(

Sure, had a quick glance at the calendar and the Boardroom is still free on July
27. Capacity will be limited to 12, though. If we need more room we could look 
into booking the Event space, but we'll need to do that through Collider, since 
otherwise there are costs involved.
