From now on, all meet-ups hosted at Catalyst will have a sign-in sheet
on which we ask you to please supply these three pieces of information:
1. Your name
2. Your mobile phone number
3. Whether you need assistance in the event of a building evacuation
The information is required to meet our health and safety obligations.
In particular we need to know who is on the premises and we need to
account for everyone in the event of an evacuation. The information
will not be retained or used for any other purposes.
